It can't be that long, it's only a tiny url!!Read the answer to this question in the Forum Rules:
The answer is to too long to post here - and is really off topic.
Just had the answer from the forum team by e-mail with a method for dealing, bury the url in a text hyperlink (sure I tried that) and I will try it next time. Tried looking at forum rules but unless you know what you are looking for .......... 0 -

Of course it is. How on earth could I have possibly missed it.
You forgot to mention the motorist would be watching for cyclists passing on the inside/crossing as well as pedestrians.
Do you have the image supplied by the scammers to show where they think your vehicle was in relation to that [STRIKE]imaginary[/STRIKE] very obvious, clear, and large lettered sign?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Just looked in GSV at the sign. It says 'Penalty £100'. But I'm not sure it's a PW sign.
There's a purple coloured one below it, with loads of tiny, tiny print. Maybe that's the PW one?

Not a local but got hxxps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1sD2Q-lSemjkId7INiIuXUFClOVbmfGPY?usp=sharing - it says Access Point from the looks of things.
It's an offence to pull over on the jagged lines per sections 5 & 8 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984. Likewise it's an offence to drive 30mph and read all of this stuff as driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place without due care and attention, an offence under the section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.0 -

yes but do Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 apply on private land?0 -
No they don't apply.
That place takes the biscuit for the worst private parking entrance signs seen since ANPR Ltd used to have their joke signage (regulars will remember it!).
And Parkwatch take the biscuit for buying your DVLA data with no reasonable cause, as there is no alleged parking event at all.
They may as well collect all DVLA data of blue cars, under the excuse ''driving along in a blue car''! Bets as to whether the DVLA would release it? Answers on a postcard...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

v888/3 and no doubt KODOE , clearly state to be used for parking and trespass
so are the company gonna try a trespass case in court , if so , could be fun
trespass with "elf n safety signs , giving a max speed to trespass and warning you of cyclist and pedestrians0 -
Good news everyone. Appealed to the landowner and they said that they'll cancel the ticket and review the signage.
With that said, I don't want to let the fun end here. They've clearly accessed my data in breach of the KADOE contract and I want to see how far this can go. KADOE clearly states 'parking the vehicle on private land' and there was no parking. What steps should I take if I want to pursue a claim from here on out? I've submitted a FOI request to the DVLA, and need to SAR the PPC. What kind of damages can one expect from this?0
