    Temperature in your postcode district, below zero degrees Celsius or is forecast to be for seven consecutive days if you are individuals in receipt of:

    Pension Credit
    income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
    income-related Employment and Support Allowance
    Income Support
    Universal Credit

    It is paid out automatically, no need to claim.

    There was one payment last year in my area. On a week where I used less than £13, the Government decided to give me £25.

    No wonder we are in a mess.
