Have HL changed their timing for dividends?

Earlier the month I noticed that a dividend which was paid by a company on a Thursday wasn't actually credited to my HL account until the Monday.
Today two more companies have declared dividends by the HL account has not been credited (yet).
These companies are also held by Youinvest and they have been credited to my account along with several others due.
Shares held by II have also been credited total.
What is happening as HL?

I've noticed that about half of my dividend payments are now being delayed by a day or more at IWeb, which combined with the inevitable day's delay caused by the dividend not being credited to the cash account until after the markets close means that dividend income cannot be reinvested quickly.
I concur that AJBell's Youinvest do a much slicker job, crediting dividend income to the cash account during the morning of the expected day and sending an email of the credit, thus allowing immediate reinvestment.0 -
My relative (who holds accounts with both), tells me that II (who used to have a terrible reputation for late payment of dividends) are now extremely prompt whereas HL (who used to be prompt) now delay.
I have an account with IWEB and find that I usually have to wait at least a couple of days for divs.0 -
I have noticed the improvement in II's handling of dividends recently too, although it didn't particulary woorry me, as I tend to collect the dividends and make larger, less frequent (re)investmentsMy relative (who holds accounts with both), tells me that II (who used to have a terrible reputation for late payment of dividends) are now extremely prompt whereas HL (who used to be prompt) now delay.0
