Faster Cheque Clearing - List

I've noticed that quite a lot of threads have comments about not knowing when or if banks and building societies have implemented their faster, next day in branch/clearing centre cheque clearing or not. So, I thought it might be useful if I made a list of insinuations which people can refer to for updates. It would be helpful if anyone who knows if their banking provider has started to process cheques next day to comment, or if it's not already listed, if they have asked and some general info about that provider and I'll add it in.

Banks:
Halifax (Not as far as I'm aware, a cheque I made payment with to pay a Halifax credit card on a Saturday didn't leave until the Wednesday)
Santander (Yes: branch/clearing centre wide since September 2018)
Tesco Bank (Yes: clearing centre since September 2018; no longer available in selected stores)
TSB (Partially implemented/in process, you have to ask your branch)

Building Societies:
Saffron Building Society (Said in December 2018 they were in the process of installing digital scanners)

While the threadis a nice idea, I suspect that you will find most of the big banks are in the process of updating branches.

Halifax/Lloyds: You can do next day clearing via app. I suspect they are updating branches..
Santander: I paid in a cheque at a central london branch in November 18 and that still went the old route
HSBC: Can be done next day via app.

This is a non-app thread, hence specifically saying branch and clearing centres.

I believe Santander were rolling out during Q4 2018, for example Coventry City Centre had it September 2018 but some branches in Birmingham did not get it until October / November 2018.
