DRO and creditors not showing on experian

Options
Hi, My husband is applying for a DRO and we have printed off the credit report however there are 2 accounts that have been passed to Debt recovery companies that are not showing on the report. we have the letters from the recovery agents though, what happens with these?
Also our furl is £60 per week due to the distance my husband travels, he has just got a new job at the same place, on the same money but an extra days travel, step change debt remedy recommends that its too high but obviously thats something we cant help, how will this be seen?
Also we are paying back a tax credits overpayment but cant find anywhere in the step change debt remedy to put this in, if we list it as a debt its in joint names so then becomes an issue and step change wont proceed until he rings them, hes a real phoneophobic and i obviously cant do this for him, im already sorting the paperwork side of it.
and lastly (honest) we have a car that his parents bought last year when we handed ours back to the dealership,( i was BR) its registered in my name its value is about£1800 where do we stand with that?

Debt Remedy is a clunky online tool. You need to get talking to an intermediary, at stepchange or CAB.

If you spend £60 per week on petrol, that's what goes down. The car itself only gets listed if the debtor owns it

All debts have to be listed regardless of whether they appear on a credit report. That includes your tax credit overpayment, which won't appear on the report.

Any debts that are owed jointly just move to the other party unless you both do a DRO.
