Suitable account for charity

Could anyone suggest a suitable account for the funds of a non-profit group? It isn't a registered charity at this point though a decision might be taken on that if future receipts make it appropriate under Charity Commission guidelines.
Funds currently stand at around £4000 or so and I'll need to make a withdrawal at least once a month.
Would prefer to operate it via the internet (and the ideal would to have it allow a second party to see the account but not to be able to operate it).
Any suggestions gratefully received.
