    I have never had to show proof at my dentist. I just tick a box against income based jsa and sign it. I am wondering about uc as i dont think there’s a box for that.

    Read the eieigth paragraph in the link I posted at post 6
    “Not all help with health costs claim forms have a tick box for Universal Credit. If that's the case, you should tick the box for income-based Jobseeker's Allowance instead.”

    Several years into the rollout of UC and they still haven’t updated the forms!
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
