Dental care on universal credit

Hi guys and girls. I registered for the dentist in my area yesterday and filled out a form and I have an appointment today, I have no letters from DWP saying I'm currently claiming universal credit so I'm wondering how I can prove that I'm on benefits if I need to? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Read the eieigth paragraph in the link I posted at post 6
“Not all help with health costs claim forms have a tick box for Universal Credit. If that's the case, you should tick the box for income-based Jobseeker's Allowance instead.”

Several years into the rollout of UC and they still haven’t updated the forms!

Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
