Excess milage PCP

All well and good claiming that they can't enforce the excess mileage but what about the agreement you signed at the start of the PCP term that outlines the payments and mileage? Surely there isn't a way around that is there as you've signed the agreement?
The provision for Voluntary Termination originates in Legislation, so any clause in the contract that contradicts what the legislation says is potentially void.0 -

A VT terminates the contract and thus nullifies the end of contract terms.
BUT finance companies will take it to local court level and often win.0
