Hi
A elderly friend has a heat pump? Exchanger heating their house. It hasn’t a bore hole into the ground if that helps. Anyway it was s government Jonny so they receive money each month as part of the deal.
The company that installed it has gone under.
Question is, as this has to be maintained and insured, anyone know who will do this? British Gas etc.
Not really interested in comments about system etc just the question answered. Thanks to all that do a sterling job on here.

Try the manufacturer of the heatpump unit to find out who their approved installers are and where the nearest one to you is located

Most reputable manufacturers will either have their own service teams or have approved service agents.

Have a trawl on the internet for heat-pump servicing, even better if you put in your location as well.

I've got three within about 30 miles plus others that come up, so there are a few around
