Monthly payments taken from debit card - do not recognise statement reference

I currently have a few ongoing payday loans (I know, not ideal). I am aware of the repayment values & dates - I am keeping up with them.
My concern is that there are 2 regular debit card payments (which I have not been told about) that are being taken monthly (£37.75 & £27.75) & these are not loan repayments. It does not seem like much but it sure adds up! For a couple of the loans, I used a "broker" & I have contacted them directly for assistance with no success at present.
The statement references are BUDGETINNOV & COMMUNITYCHECKER.C. Does anyone else have these on their statement or recognise the reference(s)? I am struggling to find the direct companies or the relating companies to enable me to contact directly to discuss.
Lastly, if these are "broker" fees - do I have a right to cancel them? I have read that this can be the case if the company did not make it clear or explain but I do not know which company or companies to take this up with! I have put in a request with my bank to cancel the next payments. I am hoping that if these payments are required, the respective company will get in touch...
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit - Surely "broker" fees would be a one-off payment...?

One appears to be community checker. https://communitychecker.co.uk Something to do with a social media footprint.
The other appears to be budget innovations.co.uk ? Someone else had a similar question last year

Are they just showing up in 1 month or continuous months ?
Do you have a right to cancel them if they are broker fees ? Well Id say no since you must have given out your details to take the money.
Have you used a broker website lately ?
Lastly don't use a broker website, same goes for payday loans.
Maybe you could fill in an soa and post it on dfw board.0 -
So far, I have made 3 payments over continuous months for the same value. I have not signed up to anything directly myself with any sort of "instalment" plan. I have given my details out to the lender to take the loan repayments & I have not used a broker site lately.
The tone of some of your reply seems a little harsh. I have come here for help/advice on this debit card payment matter - I am fully aware that payday loans/brokers are not the way to go but I am already in this position & hindsight is a wonderful thing.I can assure you I won't be using them again when all of my repayments are complete.
What is an SOA & what is the DFW board please?0 -

I do not see how filling out an SOA relates to my question?
I am not struggling to repay my loans, I just want to know where these mystery payments are from.0 -
Did you sign up to a "free trial" on either of these sites?0
-
No I did not sign up for a free trial. I had not heard of these places until seeing the details on my bank statement.0

I've got a few payday loans and I've had £37.45 taken from my account from COMMUNITYCHECKER.C.
I've contacted my bank and put in a claim0 -
I think you have done the right thing in asking your bank to cancel the payments
you are right that this will almost inevitably cause the person taking them to contact you and you can then take it from there as to whether you reinstate them or not!0 -

A claim for what?
I think the bank will get back to you and tell you to contact the website to get a refund (minus £5 they are allowed to keep).0
