Restricted charging order against my property with out a CCj

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light please? I have received a restricted charging order against my property from Lloyds commercial bank for an old business factoring issue.

However I went to court to fight the case for the Restriction order and it was granted by the courts. However I have been scanning the internet and it states that I would of had to receive a CCJ before they can enforce the Resticted order on the property. I have checked my credit files and the judgement register and there is no record of an issued CCJ?

Anyone have any advice on how I go about this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What kind of timeline are we looking at here ?

Was it a week since you went to court for example ?
  • Hi,

I went to court for the tests restricted order about 18 months ago. I am currently paying £500 a month and no CCJ on my records.
