I have to say this is the most professional interaction I have had with BW since the start of this fiasco, she was polite and understanding and was not rude or belittling like their written communication.
Maybe it was her first day and still undergoing training!

    VICTORY!!!

I’m so pleased to say that today I got a letter from BW Legal headed ‘notice of discontinuation’ letting me know that they’re no longer pursuing me in relation to all the above!

Thanks everyone for your help, I’m honestly over the moon!!!

    VICTORY!
  • I am just starting the process myself all over again (letter of claim) after dealing with bwlegal over 2 years 4 months ago when I had the last communication from them when required information tha they failed to provide.
I know that all cases are different but it goes to show that you can win if use the advice from here, willing to put in a bit of time and effort.
Well done everyone gives me the encouragement ... the fight begins.......
