PPC for disabled

Help please, I am a newbie, read all I can on here but need support through this process. I received my first PPC from Armtrac after being late back to Shoppers carpark in Bodmin due feeling ill after hospital treatment. I am invisibly disabled. I appealed by sending lots of very private mental health information and they immediately rejected it. Do I pay the extra £15 and appeal with IAS? I also lose the discounted £60 rate if I appeal.

DO NOT PAY
PLEASE go and read the newbies thread. If you cannot see it, you are using a phone. Stop. Use a laptop. It has precise advice on what to do about the IAS (not to use it) as well as the IPC.0 -
