Limited Title Guarantee Indemnity

Hello,
Has anyone had any experience of using an Indemnity Insurance for limited title guarantee?
I'm in the process of buying a house, the conveyancers have suggested we purchase this indemnity insurance because it is being sold with a limited title guarantee (sold by power of attorney and not the owner). I know it's not much money - approx £50 for the policy and another £50 for the conveyancers to do the administration of it.

I would like to find some evidence of its usefulness!
Hope someone can help asap. We're getting close to exchanging contracts and it feels like its taking ages.
