HONDA POWER EQUIPMENT - Avoid!

Need to let off steam.
I've a barely used Honda brushcutter, sold to me with a 5 year warranty. It's been repaired 4 times, including a new carburettor less than 6 months ago at a cost of over £100. It's been back and forth from the Honda workshop since then at a cost of countless phone calls, plus hours and miles of wasted travel...
The machine was last collected from Honda at the end of September - it remained unusable because of a missing part after Honda's last adjustment.
I fitted the missing part today and tried to start the machine - IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!! Despite changing the petrol (put into the machine by Honda's mechanic at the end of September I hasten to add) it will not start - it's exactly the same problem I had at the beginning of the year. I am speechless.
This Honda machine has been spectacularly rubbish!
It's been astoundingly expensive - for the money paid I am sure I could have hired a professional gardener for less!
Honda's Warranty is a lie, completely worthless. The Honda workshop assured me they would refund me any monies paid - they told me this several times - it was an utter lie!!
Customer Services at Honda HQ have no control over their franchises. It amazes me that a so-called trained mechanic could not see any problem with a brushcutter blade spinning at full throttle without a finger being laid on the deadman's handle! It amazes me that their mechanic (Mr Watson, Tippett's Honda, Surbiton
) would tell me that repair would have to wait "because bikes have to repaired during the summer" - when does he expect garden equipment will be used??? It amazes me that another year has passed and I still own this machine despite it being unfit to carry out the purpose for which it was bought!
I'm thoroughly fed up with this. Who do I complain to?
