Hospital car park PCN Indigo - advice please!

Just received a windscreen PCN in a hospital car park, despite displaying a staff permit. (Breach code 02 - failing to fully display a valid permit)
Indigo are a BPA member and the NEWBIES thread advices to use the blue template to appeal day 25 or 26 with no admission of being the driver, just keeper.
However, when you try to complete the online appeal form on Indigo's website - there is a tick box to confirm you are the driver of the vehicle. If you untick it, then you must provide the 'driver details' in the boxes below otherwise you can't save the form.
Any way to get around this crafty appeal form? I gather snail mail appeals are a less reliable option.
...or any better ways to appeal this frustrating fine??
Any advice appreciated...thanks!

you need to complain to the BPA about this , indigo are primarily involved in bylaw / railway stn land and are struggling to get people to admit they are the car owner , they have been challenged , but are a law to themselves
take a screenshot and complain to BPA , that you have been handed the ticket by AN Other and as the registered keeper YOU wish to appeal0 -
Which hospital & when you where given the permit, did it come with any T & C's0

Is there another box that allows you to select Keeper? If there is no option to select anything other than Driver or give Driver details then by all means send an appeal by post, first class from a PO counter and obtain the very important free proof of posting.
Complain to the BPA and DVLA that the Keeper is being denied the opportunity to appeal.
Whatever else you do, please complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Others have not said this is a problem. Anyway your first task is to complain to your Facilities Manager to cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

That could be something that Indigo have learnt from ITAL.
It is reported that ITAL will not allow an appeal from anyone unless the 'owner' details are given including DOB.0
