Old TSB ruined by Lloyds bank. No idea what they are like now. Marksies bank much better.0

TSB has had a lot of issues with their IT systems in the last year which has alienated a lot of customers, however ignoring that I still feel Lloyd's wins out overall. They seem to have a better branch network in my area and I've never had a fault with their customer service.0

Customer service - much of a muchness, according to the 'official' stats published last year at https://insights.gfk.com/personal-banking-service-quality-great-britain. However, that analysis largely predated TSB's major problems from last April (onwards), which dumped them to the bottom of the bi-annual MSE poll: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2018/08/tsb-crashes-to-the-bottom-of-our-customer-service-poll---check-how-well-your-bank-did/
Value for money - wouldn't know as I don't spend anything on my accounts with either! What are you planning to buy?0 -
Never had an account with Lloyds. Opened a Classic Plus with TSB in October and I've had no complaints at all.0

I'm with Lloyds Bank and I've never really had too many problems with them; the only downside now is the fact they've closed my local branch and the one near my place of work. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0

They are both great/crap just decide what you are after, cinema tickets and 1.5% interest with Lloyds or 5% interest with TSB.
Value for money? What does that mean?
I'm with both, I love both and they are both crap. They are banks.0 -
5% on a LOW limit
