Council not responded to PCN dispute 3months on

Hi

I have been contacting LB of Hounslow since the middle of November to dispute a PCN, I've contacted them via their website 3 times using the dispute PCN page and then also via their general contact page and 4 emails to the email address provided to on the NTO they sent me. The fine amount has now increased obviously but I have still not got a response from them.

The PCN is for using an access road on to the M4 via services at Heston, I recently moved out of the area but the road has always been accessible without fines etc for the past 15 years and the access on the other side M4 services is still open. There are no up to date signs advising of a fine etc either.

Any tips? Should I pay the fine and be done with it? Or should I continue to dispute?
