Hi
I have 2 quick questions I’m hoping to get help with.
1. My complaint with TSB regarding their IT issues is outstanding - do I need to keep my account open whilst it’s ongoing? Or can I close with effecting the outcome?
2. I want to switch to NatWest (probably my TSB Account) do I need to close the account as part of the switch to get the £150? I can’t see it mentioned in the headline terms but I can’t view any PDFs on my phone e so can’t view the full terms.
Thanks,

1. Your TSB account does not need to remain open for the ongoing complaint to be pursued.
2. The switch donor account will be automatically closed as part of the switch incentive terms.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

The status of your complaint will not be affected by closing your account. For your second question, you'd probably need to double check the terms of your switch offer, but typically when taking advantage of any switching incentives you usually need to use the Current Account Switch Service (CASS) which automatically closes the account being switched - so no, it is unlikely to be able to keep your TSB account open0

This offer is available to new and existing customers. To qualify for the £150 offer you must:
Apply for an eligible account between the 7th of Jan and 15th of Feb 2019.
Complete your switch to us using the Current Account Switch Service by the 22nd of March.
Deposit £1,500 into your NatWest account and log in to online or Mobile banking by the 22nd of March.
Just checked, you definitely need to use the CASS0
