    Since my last post saying I don’t think I’ll find similar properties... I have found some...
    At least what I think are similar ..,
    There are 2 other locations in the village where there are flats, both are 2 bed, like ours, and both are Band A.
    The flats in both locations are above shops. One lot is about 100metres away and the others about 250metres.
    Would these count as “similar”?

    As your flat is not above a shop, these are not similar and flats above shops will usually have a lower band.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
