Number plate
We are about to trade our car in & OH has googled registrations similar to ours ( DE11 BHY). We always refer to it as Dellboy. These similar plates are selling for £1000-£5000. But if we went down this path, how would it be done? I’m assuming you can’t trade a car in without a reg plate.

Nobody seems that bothered about paying £800 for DE11 BOU - and it's a a lot less of a tenuous leap to get "BOY" from "BOU" than "BHY".

Being a Celt myself I immediately thought of "bhoy"! BHY is much more obvious than BOU.0 -
Whatever... That plate's still for sale four months later.0
