We went over the 28days stated. As long as they know your moving in the right direction and you/your solicitor keeps them updated it’s fine. We reserved start of sept and didn’t exchange until 12th Dec!!
I’ve known developers to be quite relaxed to a certain point. Just ask them.0 -
Ours said 30 days. Took us over 5 months. Just keep them updated and you'll be fine.0
