Failed Microsoft Update

Every time I try to install Microsoft Security Update KB928365 it fails!

Any suggestions?

    Try this

    Download dotnetfx.exe
    dotnetfx.exe

    Run dotnetfx.exe

    Choose Uninstall

    Shut down (don't reboot) your pc

    Run dotnetfx.exe and install

    Shut down (don't reboot) your pc

    Go to Windows Update and install the updates
    (this will include the M$KB928365 update)

    Shut down (don't reboot) your pc

    Now for the final time start your PC
