I have seen desktops on Ebay without a "resourse CD". How important is this?
I would like to know if it is needed and how to get one if necessary.

The resource CD contains the drivers for the computer. All drivers can be got from the Dell site (normally more up to date than the ones on the resource CD).This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
