It's only the doctor or a medical professional can state you have a health condition, which is effectively a diagnosis.
You can label yourself with any health condition, but will the authorities actually believe it in this day and age. I used to have depression and anxiety and I was treated and spoken to like nothing was wrong with me until i showed them letters from NHS and a top medical professional letter about my condition they really understood then. I didn't have to explain anything else.0
