Didn't buy all-day ticket fast enough

Hi, I have just received a parking charge notice from civil enforcement as my partner did not buy the ticket within ten mins of parking. We had three kids asleep in the car who he wasn't happy to leave unattended and the carpark only offers one all day parking charge option (no times slots available). Is a fine reasonable??

You need to read the NEWBIES thread and submit the template appeal as keeper (NOT DRIVER) because CEL often cancel when they see it. The answer is that simple.

This 'pay within 10 minutes or get a PCN' was virtually unheard of this time last year.
