Drilled in tile in wrong place :( help

Spent years saving and when fitting the shower to the tiled wall drilled the holes in the wrong place. Really really gutted.
Shower is in fine and works all ok but I am left with three drill holes with wall plugs just below the shower head. Tiles are marble effect and I do have more but as the holes are tiny hoping there is some way of fixing it or patching. Any ideas?
I have a shower sponge thing wedged there at the moment to hide it, actually looks like it should be there but obviously this is not ideal forever.

Do you have any spare tiles?0

Have spare tiles but not the grout, not even sure what colour grout is0

Only choice you have is to replace the tile or fill the holes with grout with a slight recess and then use something like worktop repair putty to the closest colour match.
Or...get a plaque made with your name and the year 2019 on it and stick that over it!0 -

Lol yes, 2019 year of the most stupid thing done ever
ah well, slightly worried about getting the tile out, have you ever done it?0 -
To remove a tile first remove all grout from around that tile. Then (carefully) break the tile into small pieces. Depending how much adhesive was used bits should fall out allowing you to get behind the stuck bits and carefully lever them out. If there are no nice gaps start working from the middle of the broken up tile so you don't put any pressure onto the tiles you want to leave in place.0

Just bash it with a small hammer in the middle and then break out the parts outwards. Then break away the old adhesive if it hasn't come away with the tile.0 -
Ok thanks all, will give a go at the weekend. I have 5 spare tiles after all...now to work out the grout colour again0

If you want a really good finish, regrout all the tiles
Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -
I did the same thing once in a bathroom I was fitting although it was only one hole and luckily the hole had nice clean edges. I managed to mix a little grout with some of the wife's make-up. the colour match was perfect after a bit of trial and error, and nobody would have ever known unless it was pointed out.0
