Snap I said that, but happy to just carry on after the green light, all our paperwork is ready to go with solicitors, just waiting on precise to give us the final answer.

What mortgage broker did you go to?

What stuff in addition to standard did precise ask you for?

Mortgage bureau we are using, additional info such as who was my son... and my ex partners name they had cropped up somewhere.... proof of my address 12 months ago, p60s, proof of savings (deposit)
What did they ask from you?

Bloody hell alot of stuff then,

Proof of addresses as am crew and i have moved a good few times, been in a couple of bases Bristol Germany and now settled in Manchester.

They asked for deposit proof savings and hayleys dad has gifted a good chunk aswell.
3 months payslips of hayleys and bank statements but sent 6 month of each to them

Sent 6 of mine but I needed getting asked for 12 months of payslips due to a productivity bonus I get at the end of a flight year January to December, they wanted a exact amount of commission but told them this varies as I could have 3 days of going tenerife or alicante (party flights) I sell more or have quiet flights like polish or Italian so they were okay with that.

They also wanted a DMP letter and that was okay for them :-)
Also am using a broker through the online mortgage adviser and that's with create finance our broker is lovely she is on the ball and quick ar fighting with precise.
