    Thank you for your time, you've been a great help.
    Yes, I may attempt to claim for myself in the future. The meds I'm in on the moment I can only have for 3 weeks. I get some new meds to start late March so it depends if they work for me but take up to 3 months for full effect. Ideally I want to be better so I can support my daughter.
    I'm not sure if I could claim PIP for myself and receive carers allowance too.
    But yes, one thing at a time.

    I totally agree its always best to see if you can get it recorded as I recently went with my wife last month and the report produced by the so called HCP was full of lies and did not actually reflect what was discussed at the assessment.

    Recording the assessment isn't the most important thing. Filling out the form with as much information as possible and sending in relevant evidence to support your claim is more important.
