Advice regarding an entry on CR

Just wondering if someone can help.
I had a loan on my CR.The creditor has put the start date, monthly payment, usual stuff but only put in the original loan value......not the interest.?
Despite paying this loan back twice over they still have an amount way over and above what my CR says.
Surely CR should reflect what they tell me I owe them?
Any advice welcomed please.

No, that's fine - as long as the payments are all showing up to date.0
