Morning everyone
I've started saving with Chip about a year ago basically to get extra DD. Neither yesterday nor today I can't access my account. All I get is "error sending message" and "error 500".
Anyone with similar experience? Any advise how to get access?
I did try to update the app, it didn't help.

I know Chip is doing some work behind the scenes to update their systems, so you might be having issues due to that. If you continue to have persistent problems I'd get in touch with their live chat people - assuming the app lets you even do that!
Otherwise try accessing your account from another, trusted device and see if that works?0
