County Court Claim from Parking Eye

Hi all,
I've had a good read through your Newbies thread and think it's time to post my own as instructed. After ignoring several letters from Parking Eye relating to a parking fine, I've been sent a Count Court letter based out in Northampton. Obviously looking back through the thread I can see that this could have been avoided but now require some help.

My partner attended a Job Fair while she was claiming for JSA at the Crown Plaza in Liverpool, in the family car in my name, and said she saw no signage. Since October we've had 3 letters through and now the County court letter. I've been down since and the signage is pretty visable but think based on the fact she was attending a job fair and claiming JSA find it quite unfair that she should of have to have paid in the first place.

Any advice that can be offered or any directions to help pull up a relevant template would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

its not a "fine" , its an INVOICE for an allged contractual breach , plus you wont find any templates for this (this is a civil issue , not a criminal offence)

you need to follow the advice posted in every other court claim thread, do the AOS online (post your date of issue and poc details etc below, but no personal info)

its a private car park and no concessions to those on JSA, hence the pcn and now the MCOL

CHECK IF YOU ARE LIABLE as keeper by checking if their NTK met POFA2012 or not, in timescale and wordings

post #2 of the NEWBIES thread will help you with examples other people have used as a defence, base your draft on one of them, then post it for critique when complete in a further reply below

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Did it come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?
