Hi
I checked my Experian for the first time recently and found a record of a defaulted payment to Vodaphone for a mifi. This was sent back within the 30 day timeframe as i couldn’t get a proper signal. I have been to the shop where I purchased it three years ago and Vodaphone shop manager admitted it shouldn’t be there but I have to call Experian to get it off. Experian are saying Vodaphone. I just want it off my credit file ASAP. Any other similar experiences and the best way to manage this situation to get it resolved. Many thanks
