The immovable deadline is surgery. Could we tone down the aggression a bit in the replies please.

Then surely your own deadline moves to when it is convenient for you.

Where are the vendors that are selling moving too?

The immovable deadline is surgery. I'm not comfortable going into specifics but you can take my word for it that the person wont be in a fit state to move house for months. This surgery was not known about when the chain formed so it's just the situation we find ourselves in.

What happens when the third person wont complete in mid Feb? Well that is why I am here. Presumably the chain collapses, unless I can do anything. But Bossypants confirmed my suspicion that I can't. It was worth starting a thread just in case anyone could advise me on how to tackle it but I'm not picking up any other ideas.

Then the chain collapses. Unfortunate circumstances but they do arise from time to time.

Possibly the third party is already considering their options. As it's still not clear what their ongoing move is. Which might complicate matters further.

You can't really tackle it if the only matters outstanding are something the management company are dealing with, unless it's your management company. If you are not the management company's client, then they will not speak to you.
