It is an eccentric web-site to be sure - the new "typewriter" layout in particular. It used to be "normal"
They are transacting in India, which explains the cut-off time - but I've found that I get same day service as long as I do things before, say, 10:00 local.

According to their web site they have changed their cut off time to 17.00.
We had an account with them some years ago and it was "interesting" but at the end of the day it did work - treat it like a building society type of organisation rather than a full service bank.0 -
