Parking Charge Cancelled - Thank You!

To all who have contributed to the guidance on this forum - I've successfully appealed a parking charge notice as the keeper of the vehicle, cancelled in full on initial appeal.

Thanks to all involved for you help and assistance, your template on the newbies thread is truly excellent.

I added a little bit to it asking for all entry/exit records and photographs referred to in relation to the vehicle that the parking charge was for.

Within two days, they'd rightfully backed down.

Was it Highview? If not, which parking company please?

Well done on getting the monkey off your back, because they can legally hang on for 6 years, which can leave rather a foul mess to deal with! :D
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you. Yep, they don't like having to deal with a forum template appeal either. Well done, again.
