Freshly painted room smells of cat wee 😩

We decorated a bedroom over Christmas with Homebase Duracoat paint. We had usual paint smells for a few days and then they went but in the past week it’s begun to smell of cat wee in there. I’ve sniffed the walls and they definitely seem to have a sweet, sickly cat wee aroma. We can’t afford to repaint - does anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of the pong from the walls? I’ve tried the usual window open and odour neutraliser in there but they haven’t worked. Thanks!

Complain to Homebase and ask for a refund. It won't make the room smell any better, but it'll save money. Known problem with some paints.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Im no expert but I watch BBC Watchdog and I think they covered this. Something to do with the chemicals within it.
There was a fault in some paint.
If you google this - BBC One - Watchdog - Valspar Paint - you'll find articles on it.Thank you to everyone who has helped me MoneySave0 -
I would definitely complain to homebase....i wonder whether the smell will pass with more time.
Years ago I used to use crown emulsion and that smelled awful as well but the smell did go with time. Mind you, you did paint over christmas and so the smell should have gone by now...definitely complain because thats just awful.0
