If more than 4 years old then no real issue from a planning point of view, but what about building regulations? You can indemnity policies for that too but the worry would be that it isn't structurally OK if there is no BR completion certificate.. Have you had a surveyor check it?RICHARD WEBSTER

Think it'd be showing signs by now, it wasn't "structurally OK".. . probably 10 or so years old0 -
