Trouble With Credit Score

First time poster here, having trouble getting my credit score and can't seem to find anything anywhere about how to fix this!
I have been with the MSE credit club for about six months and got my credit report absolutely fine at the beginning. I do have credit (mobile phone, car loan etc).
Have recently moved house (early December). Registered on the electoral role almost immediately. Changed address on one bank account immediately too. Tried to log onto MSE credit club and they cannot verify my new address, even with me putting in my card details (for the bank account I changed address for).
I have always been quite lax about changing my address as my old one is for my mums house (so am still able to get post there) and I only lived there a few years ago, so a couple of my addresses are for her house. I am now in the process of changing these to my new address. Thing is, this hasn't affected my getting my credit report previously, so I can't imagine that this would be the issue.
Another thing; my boyfriend has had no problem getting his credit score for our new house, even after registering on the electoral roll after me. I have also tried getting my credit score directly from Experian, but they can't seem to get the report either.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this report? I wanted to get my credit report to know if I could apply for a credit card as will be wanting to get a mortgage in about a years time and want credit score to be as good as possible for then! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Get your free Statutory Report direct from Experian. It takes a few days to get the pass-key, but it may be the only of getting your Experian report while the address updates.

You should, of course, get your two other CRA reports seeing as you are looking to get a mortgage.

Don’t look at the score - look at the report and the data contained within.
Contact Experian directly if you’re having issue getting to your report0
