Personal injury insurance

Im self employed and I could do with some personal injury cover, I don't currently have any and I fell over last night and injured my shoulder. 100% Sober by the way.
I know its too late this time but does anyone know of a decent company that covers tradesman etc and will actually pay out on a claim if required to and not try and worm their way out of it?

Cheers

You may need income protection that will protect you if you can’t work for an extended period by paying you a set amount every month

If you have the funds, consider private health insurance to get you in your feet quicker potentially
