    Possibly not but there may well still be issues if a neighbour/resident complains about a breach of covenant - even after the estate is completed and the builder has left the site.

    OP. I posted in your other thread before seeing this one. Having read your comments here I feel even more strongly that this isn't the right property for you.

    As posted earlier you won't get the covenants removed.
  • Only if you have made an offer - if not I would run a mile! Can you look at other properties which are not new build and will mean you do not have to encounter many of these issues and don't have to pay bought management and council tax charges. Look up the HorNet website/fb group and they will be able to answer any questions.


    I have already joined the FB group and they are fantastic, they have answered many of my questions! But always good to get different perspectives :)


    In regards to older houses, we have considered them, however we much prefer new build developments - especially this house!

    To be honest the covenants aren't a deal breaker for us, after speaking to other residents on the development they have reassured us with this.
