Very sorry i know there are many threads regarding parking fines, i just didnt understand whether they were applicable to this scenario.
the driver drove to the local pub car park And read the sign as 8am - 8pm.they entered the carpark at 10pm and briefly entered the pub and then made their way to a different pub on foot, leaving the car in the original car park. Assuming it was alright as it was after 8pm.
an hour (an one minute) later, they drove out of the first pub car park.
Today the vehicle owner received a PCN from Premier Park with pictures of my number plates stating that they have a £60 fine to pay in 14 days or £100 after that.
they returned to the car park and noticed that the signs said:
8am - 8pm = £1per hour
8pm - 8am - 50p per hour.
As the driver didnt read the line below regarding the past 10pm times, they did not purchase a ticket.

Any help is hugely appreciated!

  • First approach pub landlord.
If you are a regular customer they should be willing to cancel.

Of course it is. What have you got to lose?

    Define 'worth'.
  • It might say that on the board but who do you think hired these parasites?

Edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.

As well as asking the landlord for help, please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES, then send the appeal template in blue text you will find there. If/when it is rejected, continue reading the NEWBIES on what to do next.

Why do you think they feel the need to put that? Due to all the complaints!

    ADD TO THEM.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
