hi. having serious trouble getting anywhere with this
I've emailed chief executive of hospital outlining my concerns but he still won't get me a letter detailing on what basis this operation was done. all he kept saying was I've been told several times and consented, totally disregarding I've been told different things pre op and post op and 2 other drs in the department have stated the op was unnecessary.
now passed it on to the complaints department but doubt I'll get anywhere. the only thing the chief executive did say of interest was he was on the team that decided to operate on me,but would not say what my consultant had presented to them for them to make this decision,0 -
Yes,I want a letter outlining the reasons he gave me when he was talking down to me at the last consultation
he has sent a letter to my gp ,finally, after they told me a letter had been sent in December but this only describes the first part of the consultation before I questioned him and he started talking,in my opinion, rubbish and lies0 -
post op a Dr i spoke too said this op would not help me as my ureters were too damaged.
Did they only discover that once they operated?0 -
this is where my concerns started. the consultant sold this op as a way to improve my drainage. the dr who read out my first scan results said it would not improve no matter what. that's when I wanted to see my consultant to discuss.0
