Credit file - financial association

Hi, I'm about to move in with my partner and about (I think) to go bankrupt. We will not have any joint accounts, the bills will all be in his name and I will pay a monthly amount to him for my share. We think this is for the best with my financial situation...anyone disagree?
All debts were incurred before we met and in my name only. This should have been sorted a long time ago but I've buried my head in the sand.
My question is on his credit report...
Thanks

My question is on his credit report...
- Will both of us being on the electoral roll at the new property create a financial association and affect his credit rating?
- Is there anything else we need to think about regarding credit files?
Thanks
