Is that two weeks for a decision on your mortgage application?

Yes. Due to Pepper being a specialist lender my broker made me aware they ask for alot of documentation. The latest being yesterday when they have come back asking for last 2 yrs p60's its just so stressful.0

Sounds like you were warned so I’m not sure what you are actually asking. If they need lots of info then it will take time.0

are you really ranting just because they have not made a decision after only 2 weeks?
2 x P60 is hardly "a lot" of documentation0 -
2 weeks is nothing! patience.Thinking critically since 1996....0

No I was asking if anyone was in the same boat? Ie waiting for a decision. Wasn't aware I was ranting more replying to the person telling me to get another broker!0

I'm waiting for a remortgage decision moving to another lender. Going direct so I do not even have a broker to hassle! It'll all work out ok in the end even if it is very frustrating.

This is generally a forum to help people who have questions. There are threads for people who are in the thick of it and just want somewhere to vent, though. Maybe try posting in the Waiting To Exchange thread if you are just looking to commiserate with people going through similar situations?0 -
Have a look on the mortgage board, there’s a “waiting for mortgage decision” board with plenty of people in the same boat. Good luck!0
