Looks like a fake company to me, calling themselves Studio Sales UK Inc. Yet "Inc." isn't a legal term in the UK and can't be the name of a real company for an address based in the UK. Claims to have been trading online since 1998 yet the domain was only registered less than a fortnight ago. The domain registration has an address completely different to the address claimed on the site.

And if everyone will now read the OPs other posts, it looks like this is just :spam: :spam: :spam: :spam: :spam: :spam: :spam:

You wouldn't be trying to advertise your online company would you, and in the process slagging of a 'fake' alternative?!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • Has anyone got to the bottom of this lot yet? I tried to place an order on 11th November, went all through the process only to get to the end and be told my order had been unsucessful, check details and try again. This I did, to be given the same message again! I emailled them via the 'contact us' bit and asked for someone to call me as I knew the details to be correct. I checked my emails before I went to bed only to find TWO confirmation emails, both with different order numbers. I tried to reply to one of them saying I only wanted one Wii only to get it bounced back at me!! I again emailled them via the website and heard nothing. I checked their webiste on Friday night (16th) and it is no longer there! Rang my bank to make sure they wouldn't be able to take 2 x £129.99 and was told that if the money is not requested within 3 days, they would not be able to take it, thank goodness! Phoned the Police last night, who advised me of this web site (which at least reassured me that I was not the only mug), and advised me to inform Trading Standards. Has anyone else?

Doesn't look like the studiosales site is up any more (assuming that's the one you were talking about Voluptica). At this stage Trading Standards may be your best bet, who'll probably forward info to the Salisbury TS. Assuming the above address is genuine.

There was a scam website called studiotraffic some time ago which caught a lot of people and ran for quite some time. It had a a lot of studioxxx side scams - wonder if this is part of it.
