Just thought I'd ask, does anyone know what this means?
Had a look on gov website but still not clear especially when it comes to selling

From my reading...
You can only register ownership of land if you have are a legal entity such as a person or a company. A charity, particularly a small one, may not be set up in this way, So any land it owns is registered in the name of the Official Custodian, a Charity Commission official. The Official Custodian has no power to do anything with the property other than keep records. All authority over the property stays with the charity's trustees.0 -
