Instructing my system to keep my files, I reset win 10. I returned back to the computer and booted up. Nothing happened, not even booted into the bios screen. Advice, please.

    Model? Laptop or desktop?
If your data is important, before you do anything else, back it up. If you cannot access it, you will need to remove the drive a connect it to a second PC. It's time consuming but depending on what the problem is you risk losing everything.

Can you see anything at all when you press the power button? If not, removing the CMOS battery for a minute or so usually helps.

Apart from any lights, I was referring to what's on the monitor, if anything. Also, any unusual beep?

I'd try a different monitor/screen, and/or try connecting these directly to the motherboard (not via the GPU) in case there is some sort of graphics driver issue that is stopping the GPU from rendering to your monitor. Some motherboards also have a small section for error lights (tiny red or green LEDs, usually near the motherboard power connection) that flash or light up in response to certain problems - check your manual as this could also potentially shed light on your issue.
