£180 advocate's invoice on its way to Napier - that will cause some hassle given lack of RoA. Nap will no doubt blame BWL (who will also add their fees).then checked some law books and said it was a shame but he'd not grant it this time - case dismissed
I was right previously - a complete train crash!
Chuckle, chuckle.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I had summarised my costs (Just under £90) in the Witness statement under my summery for missed work, but i was that elated I didn't care about the amount I put in, just glad to get this put to bed!
I think the last minute witness statement had highlighted some things to make it harder and more complicated for them to win so I'm hoping my efforts made even a slight difference, he seemed positive that me having one valid ticket showed I wasn't trying to shirk any payment at all, he said it would go down to whether he believed I had bought a 2nd or not - then dismissed it anyway - either way I dont care - all behind me! - This was Grimsby Combined Courts
Can't thank the people on this forum enough :-)0 -
Great! Sounds like he didn't want to waste his time on a case he was on your side for, and took the easy option. Wish more Judges would do this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
