Hi! I’m found of Poor Dad Rich Dad books and dream to invest in real estate. But in my country it’s very risky. I want to invest in some european real estate, but don’t know is it a good idea. Do you know the safe way to invest distantly in the real estate abroad? Better not with very big money

Very strange post, considering the two other comments you've made on the subject of property investing post brexit0

Strikes me that the content of the books, given Kiyosaki's experience and track record, are a better source of guidance than random folk on the internet.0

The best way to invest small amounts at a distance is to use an investment fund that is focused on property. You have not said what country you live in, but if possible you need to find an investment management company or bank that sells investment fund units or shares to retail customers.
This sort of pooled investment gives you access to expertise in specific markets and shares the risk with many other investors. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1 -
European real estate market has been strong in recent years.Real estate markets in Europe are actually very expensive. But it is also dangerous that property prices are supported by this monetary policy of the ECB.

To invest in real estate at a distance I find very valid the advice that other members have written to you so far.I, while appreciating Mr Kyiosaky so much, can not stop thinking that he was also lucky to invest in a very good period of history.Luck helps those who are ready, I know.Maybe I've missed so many opportunities in the past and I'm a little envious...Real estate funds, REITs and real estate crowdlending could be a good solution for your problem. If you are really in London you will already know that it is a historically excellent city for real estate investment. It's a shame about the high prices and currency risk (if you invest in euros or US dollars).-1
